Flatbeds
Outbound Pacific NW

Rate per Mile: $2.47, up 1 cent from last week.
Volumes: Up 18% week-over-week, but down 1% year-over-year.
Top RPM Markets: Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama (high load-to-truck ratios).
